Taste and see that the Lord is good... in Newton, Kansas!

My family and I have lived in Newton, Kansas for four years, and love it.

If you were to come to Newton and wanted to taste something great, I'd recommend:

Taste – grilled burgers or hot dogs montly at the Newton skate park, grilled by men from Hillcrest Church while the Hillcrest youth group interacts with the skaters.

If you were to come and wanted to see something great, I'd recommend:

See - a whole slew of churches working together as a blessing to their community at Faith at the Fairgrounds, an annual gift to the community.

See scores of free haircuts given away by professional stylists. See fresh grilled hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy, given out to all - free of charge - and see kids having loads of fun on moonwalks, ponies, in games, getting tatoos and helium baloons along the way. See groceries just given away to anyone who has a need, and see live music, then stay for a special guest speaker(s) that will inspire and motivate. Faith at the Fairgrounds is a place to "see."

The Lord is good – Want to see how the Lord is good in Newton?
See "prayer shields" for pastors as members of their congregations cover them in prayer and their pastors pray back. See the prayer teams that the pastor's prayer teams have!
... the prayer ripples are speading across the globe! The Lord is good.
